Qualifications & Registrations

I’m an independent coach and trainer who collaborates with Flourish with Neurodiversity. I am a Certified Advanced ADHD Coach supporting adults across multiple neurotypes, including ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia, and AuDHD. I work with people who feel overwhelmed, burnt out, or stuck, and help them find clarity, calm, and structure in a way that works for their brain.

My coaching is practical, compassionate, and energy-aware. I help clients reduce overwhelm, manage burnout, and build supportive systems for everyday life, while also supporting self-understanding, unmasking, and acceptance.

I bring lived experience into my work. I’m AuDHD, dyslexic, and live with fibromyalgia, alongside family life and work. This means I coach with empathy, realism, and a deep understanding of the challenges my clients face.

I am qualified through the Neurodiversity Training Academy - ADHD Practitioner, ADHD Foundation Coach and ADHD Advanced Coach & a Level 2 understanding Autism course, as well as lived & professional experience.
