Body doubling helps by providing calm, non-judgemental presence. Just working alongside others (virtually) can reduce overwhelm, make starting easier, and create shared momentum that keeps you engaged.

Ellie is an AuDHD adult, mother of four, home educator, and qualified coach. She knows firsthand the challenges of decision paralysis, sensory overload, and task-switching because she’s lived it.
Her own late diagnosis was life-changing, and now she’s passionate about helping others thrive through strategies like body doubling.

30 mins (£14) – for quick wins and smaller tasks.
1 hour (£22) – for bigger goals, with time to set intentions and use structured focus blocks.
