Jess ADHD Coach, Family Coach & Culture Consultant

My Story

My journey into ADHD coaching is deeply personal. After being diagnosed with ADHD later in life, I began to understand myself in a completely different way. So many experiences, challenges and strengths suddenly made more sense, and I discovered how powerful it can be to understand how your own brain works.

Alongside my own journey, I have raised neurodivergent children as a solo parent, giving me a lived understanding of the realities families can face. My professional background spans more than 30 years working with people, communication, culture and leadership, and I bring all of that experience into the way I support clients today.

I also founded and run JEST’ival, something that reflects my belief that creativity, connection, adventure and doing things differently can be a huge part of a fulfilling life.

My Therapeutic Approach

My approach is warm, practical, curious, honest and, importantly, fun. I don't believe there is one right way to live, parent, work or succeed.

Instead, I start with you: what matters to you, what gives you energy, what you are good at and what kind of life you actually want.

Together, we can explore how your brain works, understand your strengths and needs, build confidence and self-trust, and find practical strategies that work with you rather than against you.

At the heart of my work is Find Your Fire: discovering what makes you feel alive and creating the confidence and space to pursue it.

My Qualifications and Training

I bring more than 30 years of professional experience working with people, communication, culture and leadership, alongside my own lived experience of ADHD and neurodivergent family life. My professional experience includes:

✔ Communication and Leadership

✔ ADHD

✔ Workplace Neurodiversity

✔ Supporting organisations to create more inclusive environments

My coaching is informed by both professional experience and lived experience, allowing me to understand neurodiversity from multiple perspectives.

Creating a Life That Works For You

Coaching isn't about trying to become someone else or simply finding ways to cope with a life that doesn't fit. It's about understanding yourself well enough to make choices that feel right for you.

Whether you're navigating a late ADHD diagnosis, supporting a neurodivergent family, feeling stuck in your work or simply wondering what could be possible if you stopped doing things the way you're "supposed" to, we can explore what comes next.

Life isn't just about getting through it. It's about finding what lights you up and making room for more of it.

How I Support Clients

I work with clients aged 16+ experiencing challenges including:

✔ ADHD, autism and Tourette's syndrome

✔ Disability and chronic illness

✔ Anxiety and depression

✔ Stress and burnout

✔ Low self-esteem

✔ Identity and self-acceptance

✔ Emotional regulation

✔ Relationships and life transitions

You do not need a formal diagnosis to access counselling. Together we can explore your experiences, build self-understanding, develop practical strategies, reduce overwhelm, improve confidence, and support you to live more authentically in a way that works for you.
