Experienced, Qualified and Neurodiversity Led

At Flourish With Neurodiversity, you’re supported by a team that combines professional expertise with genuine lived experience of neurodivergence.

Across our team, we bring specialist knowledge, recognised qualifications and personal insight across ADHD, Autism, AuDHD, Tourette’s, dyspraxia, sensory processing and specific learning difficulties.

Our experience spans coaching, specialist assessment, education, emotional regulation, workplace support, sensory inclusion, body doubling and neurodiversity training.

We understand that no two people experience neurodivergence in exactly the same way, which is why our approach is compassionate, practical and centred around the individual rather than simply the diagnosis.

Natasha Wakeling

Tasha is a neurodiversity coach specialising in AuDHD and Tourette’s, with a particular passion for supporting adults navigating the complexities of multiple, intersecting neurodivergent conditions. Drawing on both professional expertise and extensive lived experience, she understands how challenging it can be to make sense of your neurotype, particularly when ADHD, Autism and Tourette’s interact in ways that can feel confusing or overwhelming.

Tasha takes an empathetic, personalised approach to coaching, helping clients better understand themselves, develop practical strategies and move towards a life that works with their brain rather than against it. She is particularly passionate about supporting adults diagnosed later in life and neurodivergent parents who are navigating their own needs alongside those of their children.

Alison Wombwell

As an Autistic and ADHD woman and mum to two neurodivergent daughters, Alison brings a powerful combination of professional expertise and lived experience to her work.

Her specialist interests include Autism, ADHD, sensory processing, emotional regulation and supporting families through the education system, including EHCPs and school-based support. Alison takes a compassionate, practical and family-centred approach, helping children and their families better understand their needs and develop strategies that work in everyday life.

Ellie Capstick

As a mother of four, home educator and someone who lives with AuDHD, Ellie brings genuine lived experience to her work, particularly around the challenges of executive functioning, decision paralysis, sensory overwhelm, perfectionism and getting started.

Her approach is calm, compassionate and completely judgement-free. Through 1:1 body doubling, group sessions and brain dumping, Ellie provides the supportive presence, gentle accountability and shared focus that can make everyday tasks feel more manageable.

Rachel Clayton

She is a Certified Advanced ADHD Coach who supports adults across a range of neurotypes, including ADHD, Autism, Dyslexia and AuDHD. Rachel works with people who may be feeling overwhelmed, burnt out, stuck or unsure of what they need, helping them develop greater clarity, understanding and practical strategies that work with their individual brain rather than against it.

Her approach is compassionate, practical and energy-aware, combining professional training with genuine lived experience. As someone who is AuDHD and dyslexic, Rachel understands many of the challenges that can come with navigating everyday life, expectations, masking, overwhelm and burnout.

Trish Grigoleit

Trish is an Associate ADHD, AuDHD and Executive Function Coach who supports adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck or exhausted by the everyday demands of life. She works with clients experiencing challenges with getting started, managing time, following through, keeping on top of responsibilities and dealing with the mental load of trying to hold everything together.

With her own lived experience of a later ADHD diagnosis, Trish understands the relief that can come from finally understanding why certain things have always felt harder than they seem to for other people. Her coaching is practical, compassionate and neurodiversity-affirming, helping clients understand how their brain works and discover realistic strategies that work with them rather than against them.

Heather Sawyer
