Working with neurodivergent adults or parents of neurodivergent children with overlapping conditions or dual/multiple neurotypes such as AuDHD or Tourettes Trio - ADHD and/or Autism and Tourettes and Sensory Processing Differences.
Coaching offers a supportive space to explore your neurodivergence, embrace your strengths, and develop strategies to manage challenges. Whether you’re an adult diagnosed later in life, or a parent of a neurodivergent child, our approach provides the tools, clarity, and confidence to help you thrive.
We work with adults, parents and children (diagnosed or undiagnosed) with neurodivergent conditions such as Autism, ADHD, and Tourette’s. Our coaching is tailored for those with overlapping conditions, including AuDHD (Autism + ADHD) and the “Tourette’s Trio” (Tourette’s, ADHD, and Autism). As a certified Sensory Inclusion Facilitator, we provide Sensory Screening Assessments and profiles to further support adults and children with complex Neurotypes.
Every person’s journey with neurodiversity is unique, and our coaching is designed to honour that individuality. We provide a safe, supportive space where you can feel understood without judgment, while also offering practical tools and strategies that make a real difference day to day.
Our approach is rooted in compassion and lived expertise, helping you or your child move from feeling overwhelmed to feeling confident, capable, and empowered. Together, we’ll work on building strengths, embracing differences, and creating positive change that lasts.
Neurodiversity Support for Autism, ADHD and Tourette’s
We provide support for individuals with single or multiple neurodivergent conditions, helping you explore how Autism, ADHD, and Tourette’s can interconnect. Together we can look at how these conditions impact daily life and identify ways to manage the challenges they bring. Understanding how different neurotypes overlap can reduce confusion and provide clarity. Our goal is to help you feel more in control and confident in your unique brain.
Self-Awareness
A key part of coaching is building a deeper understanding of yourself and your neurodiverse profile. We explore how your conditions interact, what this means for your needs, and how it influences your strengths.
Many clients find this helps reduce self-doubt and confusion. Gaining clarity about how you think and feel allows you to approach life with greater confidence.
Strategies and Tools
Together we create practical strategies designed to fit your individual circumstances, whether at home, work, or in family life. This might include tools for organisation, managing overwhelm, regulating your sensory system, or reducing burnout. We also provide guidance on accommodations and advocacy, helping you ask for and access the support you need. These strategies aim to make everyday challenges more manageable and less exhausting.
Support for Parents
Parenting a neurodivergent child can feel overwhelming, especially if you are neurodivergent yourself. We offer guidance that helps you understand your child’s needs, navigate challenges, and respond with confidence and empathy. We can explore strategies for home and school, as well as behaviour through a sensory and environmental lens. The aim is to strengthen your toolkit so both you and your child feel supported.
Sensory Intelligence Assessments
We provide personalised sensory intelligence assessments to help identify your sensory profile and unique needs. From this, we develop strategies to manage sensory challenges in both home and work environments.
These adjustments can make a huge difference to your wellbeing and ability to thrive. By focusing on your sensory system, you gain practical ways to feel more regulated and supported.
Psychoeducation
Understanding how your brain works is a powerful step towards self-acceptance and growth. Through psychoeducation, we explain the links between Autism, ADHD, Tourette’s, and other conditions in clear, supportive language.
This knowledge can help reduce confusion, self-blame, and frustration. The aim is to empower you with information that allows you to see your neurodivergence in a more positive and manageable light.

I would definitely recommend working with Natasha. She has been so supportive to me and my daughter and has made a real difference in our lives. I highly recommend working with Natasha at Flourish With Neurodiversity. Natasha has coached me for a long time now, and her understanding and expertise have helped me move forward in both my business and personal life. Dan (Support for late diagnosed ADHD)
I highly recommend working with Natasha. I came to her as I was struggling in different areas of life such as organisation and procrastination and feeling overwhelmed because of ADHD. She had a great understanding of symptoms and knowledge, and even after the first call session I could see a change by following the advice she had given. I look forward to future sessions. Natasha is a great help if you are struggling.
