Why Choose Neurodiversity Coaching?

Neurodiversity coaching and support has been a cornerstone in my journey, and it can be in yours too. It offers a supportive space to explore your neurodivergence, understand how your brain works, explore your strengths, and develop practical strategies for managing challenges. Whether you’re an adult diagnosed later in life, a parent seeking support,  or neurodivergent parents of neurodivergent children coaching can provide the tools and insights you need to thrive.

I specialise in working with adults or parents of children (diagnosed or undiagnosed) with neurodivergent conditions such as Autism, ADHD and Tourettes Syndrome. My coaching will support you if you have numerous neurodivergent conditions, and I have a particular specialism in supporting and coaching individuals with overlaping conditions such as what has become known as AuDHD (Autism and ADHD together), and the lesser known neurodivergent mix of what I like to call the Tourettes Trio (Tourettes Syndrome, ADHD and Autism) or a combination of any of these. I am also a sensory Inclusion Facilitator and this is a vital part of providing the right support for complex neurotypes.

I am also highly passionate about supporting neurodivergent parents of neurodivergent children, where the challenges can feel doubled. I know first hand the lack of resources for people with multiple neurodivergent conditions, particularly when your neurodivergence included Tourettes Syndrome and the difficulties with accessing services, support, diagnosis and education.

Coaching really helped me understand my conditions individually and how they all interlinked, and supported me to find the right services and management techniques to truly embrace my own unique neurotype and finally understand how my brain functions.

My Neurodiversity Coaching Approach Focuses On:

  • Neurodiversity Support for Autism, ADHD and Tourettes. Dual and multiple neurotypes: Learning about your brain and how your neurodivergent conditions all interlink. It can help you to understand the complexities of dual and multiple neurotypes and find ways to manage different neurodivergent conditions.

  • Self-Awareness: Helping you understand your unique neurodiverse profile and if you have dual or multiple neurotypes explore intersectionality between your conditions. Helping you feel less confused about what you need and why.

  • Strategies and Tools: Developing personalised strategies and tools to manage daily life more effectively, wether this be for yourself or to help with understanding and supporting your parenting and your children. I can support you to advocate for yourself, find strategies and accommodations for work and home environments, support with burnout and overwhelm and support with regulating you sensory system.

  • Support for Parents: Offering guidance and support to parents of neurodivergent children, helping you navigate parenting with confidence and empathy. This can be wether you are also neurodivergent or want support to help understand and support your children. I can help with children with Autism, ADHD, Tourettes and sensory difficulties. I can support with recommending strategies for home and school environments and looking at behaviour through an environmental and sensory lens.

  • Sensory Inclusion Assessments: I can look at your sensory profile, offer sensory strategies and make recommendations for work and school.

  • Psychoeducation: Providing information and insights into your conditions and education about how your brain works and how all the conditions impact each other.

For Example:

  • How ADHD hyperactivity can impact tic frequency in those with Tourettes Syndrome.

  • How Autism craves routine and ADHD craves novelty and how to manage this ‘tug of war’.

  • Managing complex neurotypes - Autism and ADHD, ADHD and Tourettes, Tourettes Trio - Autism, ADHD and Tourettes Syndrome

  • How our sensory systems can impact all neurodivergent conditions and  is often a highly overlooked and vital part of managing neurodivergence and staying regulated.

What is Neurodivergence?

Neurodivergence describes the different ways brains function, process, and learn compared to the neurotypical majority. Conditions such as Autism, ADHD, Tourette Syndrome, dyslexia, and dyspraxia fall under this umbrella, and often overlap—like AuDHD (Autism + ADHD) or the "Tourette’s Trio" (Tourette’s, ADHD, and Autism).

Many neurodivergent individuals face unique challenges in a world built for neurotypical minds. This can lead to masking, late diagnoses, and mental health struggles like depression or OCD. Yet, with the right support and understanding, neurodivergent people can thrive—tapping into their strengths, creativity, and passions to build a life that works for them.

I work with neurodivergent adults and parents of neurodivergent children—whether navigating a single diagnosis or multiple overlapping conditions—to help them find clarity, confidence, and self-acceptance.

Coaching and consulting sessions are flexible to meet individual needs and requirements as everyone is different and everybodys experience is different

(Lacey - Support for parenting (AuDHD) and sensory differences)

Since beginning work with Natasha in February, my journey has transformed in profound ways. Initially overwhelmed by the challenges of parenting a son with high sensory needs and a daughter with medical issues, I was struggling emotionally and felt lost. Natasha was recommended to me during this difficult time, and from our very first, informal "chemistry chat," I felt at ease. She created a safe, non-judgmental space where I felt heard and supported. More than just emotional support, Natasha provided practical tools and deep insight into my son’s sensory needs, which I’ve since shared with his school and GP—ensuring a consistent, collaborative approach to his care.

Natasha’s expertise in sensory processing, ADHD, and Autism has been eye-opening and deeply affirming. She helped me unpick the complexities of my son’s behaviors, raising awareness not just for me but for our entire family. Her warm and compassionate guidance has empowered me to better support my son while also understanding more about myself. Working with Natasha has been nothing short of transformative—I’ve gained knowledge, perspective, and personal growth. I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone navigating similar challenges.
