Training for Organisations and Businesses

We support organisations to build more inclusive, neurodiversity-aware workplaces through tailored training for managers, HR teams, leadership, and staff networks.

We work with organisations across the private, public, and third sectors, including SMEs, charities, health and social care, and larger organisations.

Everything we do is guided by the following principles:

Neuro-affirming and trauma-informed practice, lived experience as a form of expertise, practical, real-world application, accessibility, compassion, and ethical delivery, sustainable ways of working for both clients and facilitators.

We believe that meaningful inclusion comes from understanding, flexibility, and working collaboratively with neurodivergent people, not from one-size-fits-all solutions.

Our workplace training covers:

Understanding neurodiversity at work

Reasonable adjustments and inclusive practices

Supporting neurodivergent staff wellbeing and performance

Creating psychologically safe and accessible environments.
