monthly Body doubling - 1 hour

FREE

  • A supportive session designed to help you get through tasks that feel boring, overwhelming, or hard to start. We sit together, set intentions, and gently hold each other accountable without pressure or judgement.

Why attend the groups?

If you live with ADHD or AuDHD, you know how hard it can be to navigate daily life, sometimes it feels like you’re hitting an invisible wall. Executive dysfunction, sensory overwhelm, emotional burnout, or perfectionism can make even the simplest things feel heavy.

Our groups help by offering understanding, validation, and a calm, non-judgemental space to connect with others who truly get it. Sharing experiences, challenges, and small wins with people who relate can ease overwhelm, reduce isolation, and create a sense of community that makes everything feel a little more manageable. They can help you carve a space just for you to connect, reset and reflect.
