Welcome to the Flourish with Neurodiversity website. These Terms & Conditions explain how you may use this website and the information provided on it.

By using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use this website.

1. About Flourish with Neurodiversity

This website is operated by Flourish with Neurodiversity.

Flourish with Neurodiversity provides neurodiversity-affirming support, coaching, training, consultancy, resources, and related services for individuals, families, professionals, and organisations.

You can contact us at:

2. Use of this website

The information on this website and our services are not medical, diagnostic, therapeutic, legal, employment-law, financial, occupational health, or emergency advice, unless expressly agreed in writing with a suitably qualified professional.

You must not use this website in a way that could damage the website, interfere with other users, attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data, or use the website for fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful purposes.

We may update, change, suspend, or remove parts of the website at any time.

3. Information about our services

The information on this website is provided for general guidance only.

We aim to keep information about our services accurate and up to date, but website content may not always reflect the most current availability, fees, packages, offers, or service arrangements.

Full details, fees, availability, suitability, and booking terms will be confirmed before you enter into a paid service, programme, package, training, or consultancy agreement with Flourish with Neurodiversity.

Where service-specific terms, booking terms, or a client agreement are provided, those terms will apply to the relevant service.

Some services may be delivered by independent freelance associates working under the Flourish with Neurodiversity brand.

4. Screening calls and suitability

Some services may involve an initial enquiry, screening call, discovery call, or suitability process before support is offered.

The purpose of a screening or discovery process is to understand your needs, consider whether Flourish with Neurodiversity is an appropriate service for you, and identify the most suitable next step.

A screening call does not guarantee that we will be able to offer coaching, training, consultancy, or other support.

Where appropriate, we may suggest an alternative service, signpost you elsewhere, or explain that Flourish with Neurodiversity is not the right fit for your current needs.

5. Associates and information sharing

Some screening calls, coaching sessions, or related services may be delivered by an associate working with Flourish with Neurodiversity.

Associates are carefully selected and are expected to work in line with Flourish with Neurodiversity’s values, standards, confidentiality expectations, and relevant professional boundaries.

Where it is necessary to arrange, deliver, or follow up on support, relevant information may be shared between Flourish with Neurodiversity and an associate.

Information will only be shared where necessary and will be handled confidentially and in line with applicable data protection requirements.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, clients contract with Flourish with Neurodiversity rather than directly with an individual associate.

Flourish with Neurodiversity manages enquiries, matching, administration, invoicing and payment for services provided under the Flourish with Neurodiversity brand.

Where it is necessary to arrange, deliver, administer, or follow up on support, relevant information may be shared between Flourish with Neurodiversity, assigned associates, and authorised service providers.

Further details about how we collect, use, store, and share personal information are set out in our Privacy Policy.

6. Not medical, diagnostic, therapeutic, legal, or emergency advice

The information on this website is not medical, diagnostic, therapeutic, legal, financial, or emergency advice.

Flourish with Neurodiversity does not provide emergency support through this website.

Our services do not replace medical care, mental health care, therapy, diagnosis, legal advice, or crisis support.

If you are concerned about your health, mental health, safety, or wellbeing, you should contact an appropriate qualified professional.

If you or someone else is at immediate risk of harm, please contact emergency services or a crisis support service in your area.

7. No guarantee of outcomes

Flourish with Neurodiversity aims to provide supportive, thoughtful, neurodiversity-affirming services.

However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes from coaching, training, consultancy, resources, or any other support.

Progress and outcomes may depend on a range of factors, including individual circumstances, participation, access needs, environment, workplace or family systems, and external support.

8. Booking, payment, cancellation, and refunds

Booking, payment, cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms may vary depending on the service.

These details will be confirmed in the relevant service-specific terms, booking information, proposal, invoice, or client agreement.

For paid services booked online, key information should be made clear before a client commits to payment, including the service description, price, payment arrangements, cancellation rights, and contract terms.

9. Website content and resources

All content on this website is provided for general information and educational purposes.

This may include text, images, graphics, downloads, guides, templates, blog posts, service descriptions, videos, and other materials.

You may read, view, and download website content for your own personal or internal organisational use, unless stated otherwise.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, adapt, publish, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission from Flourish with Neurodiversity.

10. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, all intellectual property rights in this website and its content belong to Flourish with Neurodiversity or are used with permission.

This includes the website wording, resources, downloads, branding, logos, graphics, training materials, coaching materials, frameworks, and other original content.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions gives you ownership of our intellectual property.

11. Links to other websites

This website may include links to third-party websites, resources, booking systems, forms, or platforms.

These links are provided for convenience only.

Flourish with Neurodiversity is not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, or terms of third-party websites or platforms.

You should review the terms and privacy information of any third-party website or platform you choose to use.

12. Privacy and data protection

We take privacy and confidentiality seriously.

When you contact us, book a service, complete a form, join a mailing list, or use certain website features, we may collect personal information about you.

Because neurodiversity-related support may involve information about health, disability, mental health, diagnosis, support needs, or access requirements, some information may be treated as sensitive or special category data under UK data protection law.

Full details about how we collect, use, store, and share personal information are set out in our Privacy Policy.

13. Confidentiality and safeguarding

Flourish with Neurodiversity aims to provide a respectful and confidential service.

However, confidentiality may have limits. For example, we may need to take action or share information if there is a concern about serious risk of harm, safeguarding, legal obligations, or the safety of a child, young person, vulnerable adult, or another person.

Further details may be included in the relevant service agreement, consent form, safeguarding information, or privacy information.

However, we do not guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful material.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flourish with Neurodiversity will not be liable for loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or reliance on information provided on it.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

16. Changes to these Terms & Conditions

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

The latest version will be available on this page and will apply from the date shown at the top of the page.

17. Governing law

Any disputes relating to these Terms & Conditions or use of this website will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.

18. Complaints and Concerns
