Have you ever wondered why things that seem simple for other people can feel so much harder for you?
Maybe you know exactly what needs to be done, but getting started feels impossible. Maybe you have lists, reminders, and good intentions, but still find yourself overwhelmed, stuck, or frustrated because things aren’t happening the way you hoped.
You might be tired of feeling like you’re always catching up, wondering why you can’t just “get it together,” or questioning why your brain seems to work differently from those around you.
If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone. I’m Trish, and I understand that feeling.

Like many adults with ADHD, I wasn’t diagnosed until later in life. For years, I wondered why certain things seemed to require so much more effort.
I knew I was capable, but I struggled with things like getting started, managing my time, following through, and keeping up with everything I was trying to balance.
My diagnosis helped me finally understand my brain and stop blaming myself for challenges I didn’t yet have the answers for. It helped me see that I wasn’t lazy, lacking discipline, or not trying hard enough.
I simply needed to understand how my brain worked and find approaches that supported me. That experience inspired me to become an ADHD and Executive Function Coach so I could help others find that same understanding and relief.
I work with adults with ADHD, AuDHD, and executive functioning challenges who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or exhausted from trying to do things the way they’ve always been told they “should” be done.
Together, we look at the everyday challenges that can make life feel harder, including:
✔ Getting started on tasks
✔ Following through on things that matter
✔ Feeling overwhelmed by everything on your plate
✔ Losing track of time or underestimating how long things will take
✔ Keeping up with daily responsibilities
✔ Managing the mental load of trying to hold everything together
Coaching is not about changing who you are or forcing yourself to work like everyone else. It’s about understanding how your brain works, discovering what helps you move forward, and creating a way of doing things that feels realistic for your life.
Neurodiversity is part of my everyday life. I live in a neurodivergent family, which has given me a deeper understanding of the different ways people think, communicate, and experience the world.
Like any family, there are moments that require patience, flexibility, and understanding. There are also plenty of moments filled with laughter, creativity, and connection that come from appreciating each person’s unique way of seeing things.
Learning more about neurodivergence has helped my family understand one another better and recognize that differences are not something to fix. They are something to understand.
Before becoming a coach, I spent many years working in healthcare and medical
practice management. That experience taught me the importance of listening, problem-
solving, and supporting people through challenges with compassion.
I combine my professional experience, lived experience with ADHD, and specialized
training to support adults who want to better understand themselves and find what
works for their brain.
✔ Certified ADHD Life Coach through iACTcenter
✔ Executive Function Coach
✔ Neurodiversity Specialist
✔ ICF-trained Coach
✔ Health & Life Coach
✔ Transformational Coaching Mastery
✔ Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) training with Russ Harris
I also understand that ADHD can look different throughout different stages of life. For
some women, hormonal changes during perimenopause and menopause can make
ADHD symptoms feel more noticeable or create new challenges with focus, energy, and
overwhelm.
My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and comfortable
being honest about what is hard. Together, we’ll find a way forward that works with your brain, not against it. One doable step at a time.
