Join our free Adults AuDHD Support Group, a safe, supportive virtual space designed especially for adults with both Autism and ADHD (AuDHD).
Spaces limited to 15 adults – reserve your spot today.
If you live with AuDHD, you know how hard it can be to navigate daily life, sometimes it feels like you’re hitting an invisible wall. Executive dysfunction, sensory overwhelm, emotional burnout, or perfectionism can make even the simplest things feel heavy.
A support group helps by offering understanding, validation, and a calm, non-judgemental space to connect with others who truly get it. Sharing experiences, challenges, and small wins with people who relate can ease overwhelm, reduce isolation, and create a sense of community that makes everything feel a little more manageable.
Our weekly 1-hour sessions offer:
Guided discussions focused on real-life AuDHD experiences
A calm, supportive space to share challenges and wins
Gentle accountability and encouragement — never pressure
It’s free, friendly, and flexible. Camera on or off – you choose.
Topics we might discuss in the Group
Navigating executive dysfunction in daily life
Sensory overwhelm and burnout cycles
Struggles with routines, motivation, or follow-through
Communication, relationships, and social fatigue
Work, school, or business challenges
Emotional regulation and managing stress
Celebrating small wins and sharing what’s working
Anything that’s been weighing on your mind or draining your energy
“Each week we’ll explore a shared theme with gentle structure, creating a calm space to connect and learn from one another. There’s no pressure to speak or be on camera , you’re welcome to simply listen and take in others’ experiences. Together, we build understanding, ease overwhelm, and support each other in a way that feels sustainable.”
