Brain Dumping & Body Doubling Sessions | Adults

What Is a Brain Dump Session?

A Brain Dump Session is a short-term support session designed to help when your mind feels overloaded. It’s a compassionate space where you can safely get everything out of your head and start making sense of it. Many people find that simply speaking things out loud in a supportive environment can bring relief, clarity, and perspective.

Sometimes clarity begins with simply being heard and supported while you talk things through.

What Is a Body Doubling Session?

A Body Doubling Session is a supportive session where another person is present with you while you work on tasks. The purpose isn’t for them to do the task for you, but to provide a calm, focused presence that can make it easier to start, stay engaged, and complete what you need to do.

Hey, I'm Ellie!

I offer Brain Dumping and Body Doubling Sessions which are relaxed and supportive. They are not therapy and not high-pressure coaching. Instead, it’s a gentle space:

Brain Dumping Sessions -

• Talk freely about what’s on your mind

• Untangle thoughts that feel messy or overwhelming

• Explore what’s going on underneath the stress or confusion

• Reflect on situations you’re navigating

• Identify small, manageable next steps if that feels helpful

Body Doubling Sessions -

• Set goals for a task you want to complete

• Have someone to quietly work beside you - reducing distractions and overwhelm

• Tackle procrastination and motivation difficulties

• Shared presence and a gentle sense of accountability

You set the pace and direction of the session. There’s no expectation to “fix everything” -just space to think, process, and breathe.

Many people leave these sessions feeling:

✓ calmer

✓ clearer

✓ more grounded

✓ less overwhelmed

✓ able to see their next step

Even small moments of clarity can make a meaningful difference.

Sometimes the most helpful thing is simply having a space where you can talk openly, process what’s going on, and begin making sense of things or have a supportive cheerleader in your corner!
